I just have to say, WOW! Chef Johnny is a natural in the kitchen and both times I was served his cuisine and I was blown away. You can feel Chef’s passion towards food and making sure he gets your dish perfect. Through talking to him, I could tell that’s it’s more than about making a delicious meal, it’s a purpose to create something memorable. I experienced an Indian infused breakfast, as well as a Mediterranean meal that left me thinking about it for days! Highly recommend Messina Culinary!
